RESIDENTIAL CLEANING:

Rates are based mostly on the size of the home, however there are many factors. Each home is similar but unique. Based on our experience, we do not give ‘over the phone’ or E-mail prices without having first seen your home. We come to your home to discuss the depth of cleaning and frequency that you would prefer. After an initial cleaning, rates for general house cleaning start at $85.00 for efficiency homes. The typical price for an average home (2 bedrooms...) is $110.00. Prices range between $95.00 and $150.00 for biweekly cleaning depending on the size of your house.
We recommend weekly or biweekly cleaning. We also offer one time, every three weeks, monthly or “as needed” service. These services must be estimated per job. Please feel free to set up an appointment for a free estimate at info@jennionthespot.net or (240) 461-5374.

COMMERCIAL CLEANING:

Jenni On The Spot, LLC cleans office buildings, common areas of condominium communities and apartment buildings, stores and theaters.
Commercial cleaning is generally priced per square foot but depends on the cleaning required. Commercial properties are varied and therefore it is necessary to make an appointment to discuss your needs and your budget. Please contact us at info@jennionthespot.net or (240) 461-5374.


	OTHER SERVICES: Jenni On The Spot, LLC offers Move in/move out cleaning, pre-inspection for lead based paint cleaning and post construction/repair/renovation cleaning as well. JENNI ON THE SPOT, LLC PAYMENT POLICIES:

Payment is due at the completion of all jobs unless special arrangement has been made.

The most popular method of payment is to leave payment in a sealed and clearly marked envelope in an agreed upon location. Staff will leave an empty envelope for the next time. Checks should be made out to Jenni On The Spot, LLC.

Some customers have set up regular checks to be sent directly from their bank accounts to the office: 10401 N. Kensington Parkway, Suite 306, Kensington, MD 20895. These arrive on the day of cleaning.

Other customers prefer to be billed monthly.

Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal if you want to pay on-line.

Cancellation or rescheduling:
Please give at least 48 hours notice. We will try to accommodate all requests. There is a 50% fee for cancellation within 48 hours.
